  1. Returns Policy


  1. You have 15 days to return an item from the date it was ordered.
  2. Products that were delivered in damaged condition or in wrong size are eligible for returns.
  3. No returns shall be allowed for bath and body and cosmetic products.
  4. Products may be returned in exchange for online store credit only. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, and not for any shipping and handling charges.
  5. If your return is approved by following the guidelines of this return policy, you will still need to complete your agreement / installments with QuadPay. QuadPay will not refund any portion of your installments for returns with us. A full credit for the item(s) will be provided to you immediately after your return is processed. Therefore, a full payment of the agreed installments with QuadPay is required to keep a good standing with them.
  6. If you have an excessive amount of returns, we may apply 15% restocking fee on such returns. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
  7. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods like food, flowers, makeup, bath and body products, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


  1. Refund Policy


  1. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by e-mail that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account for a store credit within 15 days.
  3. Only regular priced items may be refunded. If you had purchased an item with a discount of 30% or more or purchased an item in our sale categories, that cannot be returned back to us.
  4. If approved for a return, a store credit code will be e-mailed to the email address on file and applied to your account with us within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  5. If an order is placed prior to receiving a store credit code, we cannot refund that amount to you. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account if you’d like to place an order using this credit.
  6. If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email info@aahautespot.combefore placing your order.


  1. No responsibility for Courier Company


  1. The Company will not be responsible for:


                                i.            Delays with US Postal Service (“UPS”) shipping;

                              ii.            International duties or customs charges;

                            iii.            Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages; and

                             iv.            For products that have been marked delivered by the Post Office, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.


  1. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier company directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.


  1. All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directlyto investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

  1. We will not be responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.


  1. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.


  1. Important note to all customers outside of USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.


  1. Shipping


  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. You shall be responsible for shipping fees associated with the label sent out.
  4. You shall be responsible to ship back purchase within 5 business days of receiving shipping label from us.
  5. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $6 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days.
  6. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
